September 18-19, 2023 a meeting of the partners of the “ADaPT4Future: ADult People create Technologies for their Future” project funded by the Erasmus+ program was held. The meeting was held in Italy, in the city of Santarcangelo di Romagna, whose municipality is one of the partners of this project. The meeting was attended by 9 participants from all 4 partner organizations: project coordinators, administration representatives and 3D workshop facilitators.

The main goal of the meeting was to present and review the latest work done in the project: research reports and newly created methodological materials. The results of two studies were presented and discussed in detail: the evaluation of the 3D printing workshops (feedback was collected from the workshop participants immediately after them) and the ex-post research, which took place 1-4 months after the end of the workshops. It was intended to evaluate the use of acquired 3D printing knowledge in the working sphere and in personal life.

We also familiarized ourselves with the content of the prepared methodological guidelines based on the best practices gathered during the workshops. We discussed the impact of the project at the systemic and organizational level as well as the impact on learners and employees of our organizations. We used the Impact+ Exercise methodology for this practical task.

During a tour of the library, where 3D workshops of the project took place (in the FabLab), we learned about the services and innovations offered by the library.

This was already the last meeting of the project, so we spent enough time to discuss the rest of the project activities: dissemination events, final report, reviewed the use of the project budget, shared feedback on the entire progress of the project and lessons learned.
